What I’m Watching
Fox Soccer has the Honda Player of the Year on same day at 1am. Playoff baseball starts today, so there’s that. Early game is Twins - A’s at 1pm, meaning a 10am local start for the Oakland faithful. Absurd? Yes. I’m hoping for a Yankees - Dodgers series, but I think the Twins are just as likely to make the Series. Queue people all over the country remembering how much they like football if that happens. Or not. All Times Eastern
Quote Of The Day
“We were looking to name a coach in the fall, and I think that is still on target. Sometime in the November period we expect to name a coach.” US Soccer Federation president Sunil Gulati.
